In 2013 Kieran joined a captive servicer that is wholly owned by a global private equity fund. In 2014 he became a director of that company where he was closely involved in the underwrite, onboarding and management/resolution of multiple Non-Performing Loan portfolios across Europe.
This role provided Kieran with the opportunity to gain excellent experience in understanding the private equity model for resolving NPL portfolios, in negotiating settlement agreements with NPL debtors and in dealing with uncooperative debtors by pursuing enforcement actions in multiple jurisdictions.
Until recently Kieran was employed as the Head of Portfolio Management and was also an Executive Director of a credit acquiring company that acquired a €5.7bn NPL portfolio in the Cypriot market.

From 2008 onward, Ben has managed European real estate and NPL investments for a US based private equity fund. He was promoted to Director of Real Estate asset management in 2015 and has earned a strong reputation for commercial decision making, negotiation and management of third-party service providers.
He has experience across a broad range of real estate asset classes including retail, office, industrial and residential and has worked in markets throughout Europe. Most recently he has managed real estate and NPL portfolios in Portugal, Cyprus, Ireland and the UK.
In total he has managed 20 private equity investments with a real estate value in excess of €8.5bn across three funds. He has also underwritten and conducted due diligence on more than 50 large portfolio transactions.
